  • Note: Disabling the Dragon NaturallySpeaking add-in will disable other Dragon functionalities within that application such as Natural Language Commands.
  • Uncheck the corresponding NatSpeak Add-in.
  • For more information, see Dictating email addresses and web addresses. With the "COM Add-ins" option selected, click the "Go" button. Dictate the contact name in the To field.
  • Navigate to the bottom of the dialog and locate the "Manage" drop-down list.
  • If it does not appear in the "Add-ins" list then it may already be disabled.
  • Locate "NatSpeak Word AddIn" or "NatSpeak Outlook AddIn" in the list.
  • Launch Microsoft Word or Microsoft Outlook.
