Note: Disabling the Dragon NaturallySpeaking add-in will disable other Dragon functionalities within that application such as Natural Language Commands. Uncheck the corresponding NatSpeak Add-in. For more information, see Dictating email addresses and web addresses. With the "COM Add-ins" option selected, click the "Go" button. Dictate the contact name in the To field. Navigate to the bottom of the dialog and locate the "Manage" drop-down list. If it does not appear in the "Add-ins" list then it may already be disabled. Locate "NatSpeak Word AddIn" or "NatSpeak Outlook AddIn" in the list. Launch Microsoft Word or Microsoft Outlook. Please follow these steps to disable the "dgnword.dll" for use with Microsoft Word 2010/2007 or Microsoft Outlook 2010/2007: Disable the Dragon NaturallySpeaking add-in in the application having the issue. Use the Scroll bar within the email/document. Note: If using Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12.0, we recommend using one of the following workarounds: For information and steps on how to download the Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12.5 Service Pack, please see Technote 7001: "General information about the Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12.5 Service Pack". This issue has been resolved in Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12.5. Note: This issue may occur more frequently when navigating emails/documents created in HTML format. When this occurs, the same situation may happen when manually pressing the navigation keys on the keyboard. For example, when using the commands to navigate "Page Up" or "Page Down", the command may be recognized but nothing happens. When using Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12 with Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Word, some commands used to navigate within a multi-page email or document may not function as expected.
